Accessibility
Youmont is working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. A complete conformance assessment is still in progress.
Our target
We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as the standard for Youmont's public marketing pages and the creator dashboard. We treat that as the benchmark we are measuring ourselves against, not as a status we have already reached.
Assessment status
A complete conformance assessment has not yet been carried out. Accessibility work so far has been targeted rather than comprehensive: we have addressed specific defects as we have identified them, including colour contrast on primary calls to action, keyboard access to the public navigation, a skip link to main content, and heading structure on the landing page.
Because that work has been targeted, we cannot yet describe the product as conforming at any level. We have not audited every page, every component, or every assistive-technology combination. Until a full assessment is complete, we would rather say that plainly than publish a conformance claim we cannot support.
When the assessment identifies barriers we have not yet resolved, we will list them on this page specifically, with what we know about the impact and what we intend to do about it.
Reporting a problem
If you hit an accessibility barrier anywhere in Youmont, please tell us — reports from people actually using the product are more useful to us than any checklist. Email support@youmont.app and describe what you were trying to do, the page you were on, and the assistive technology or settings you were using, if relevant. We read every message.
We do not have a formal response-time commitment yet. We would rather not publish one we cannot reliably meet, so instead: reports go directly to the person building the product, and we will reply.
Legal context
Accessibility requirements differ by jurisdiction, and the obligations that apply to you or to us depend on where you are and the context in which Youmont is used. Nothing on this page is a legal representation about compliance with any particular law, regulation, or directive. It is a description of what we are working toward and where we currently stand.
