1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Youmont, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use Youmont.

2. What Youmont is

Youmont is a business intelligence dashboard for YouTube creators. It reads data from your connected YouTube channel (via Google's APIs, read-only) and combines it with information you enter directly to show monetization pace, video performance, revenue trends, forecasts, and compliance/risk signals.

3. Not financial, tax, or legal advice

Youmont's forecasts, monetization-pace estimates, tax entries, cash reserve calculations, and diversification scores are informational estimates based on the data available to it. They are not financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for a qualified professional. Revenue figures synced from YouTube Analytics are estimates provided by Google and can differ from actual AdSense payouts. You're responsible for verifying any number before making a financial or business decision based on it.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure — Youmont relies on Google's sign-in to authenticate you and doesn't maintain a separate password. You're responsible for the accuracy of any data you manually enter (revenue, tax entries, brand deals, etc.).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Youmont to violate YouTube's or Google's Terms of Service or API policies.
• Attempt to access another creator's data or account without authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse Youmont's systems in a way that degrades service for others.
• Use the AI coach or thumbnail generator to produce content that is illegal, infringing, or violates YouTube's community guidelines.

6. Subscription plans & billing

Youmont offers a Free tier and paid tiers (Creator, Pro, Agency) with additional features and channel limits. Paid plan details, billing terms, and cancellation policies will be presented at the time of purchase once paid plans are available.

7. Termination

You may stop using Youmont and revoke its access at any time via your Google Account permissions page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Youmont is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that estimates, forecasts, or synced data will be complete, accurate, or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Youmont is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including business or revenue decisions made based on information shown in the dashboard.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Youmont evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
